In our commitment to fostering inclusive economic growth, we proudly chaired the TVET (Technical and Vocational Education and Training) Quality Committee with a strong focus on empowering women entrepreneurs. This platform brought together educators, industry experts, and community leaders to discuss strategies for improving the quality, accessibility, and market relevance of vocational training programs. The meeting emphasized creating training pathways that not only equip women with technical skills but also enhance their business acumen, digital literacy, and leadership capabilities. By integrating mentorship, industry linkages, and entrepreneurial support into TVET frameworks, we aim to enable women to launch, sustain, and scale their businesses successfully. Through this collaborative effort, we are working to break barriers, reduce skill gaps, and open doors for women to thrive as confident, capable, and competitive contributors to the economy.
